PEOPLE AT WORK PROGRAM

People at work program

The People at Work Program is created to help and assist those from underserved communities who are struggling to find or return to work.

Through executive coaching, resume creation, and training programs, we’ll help them build on their confidence to achieve life-changing goals.

The mentorship program will help with interview techniques, basic/technical skills, and job placement. Most of all, increase their confidence as they return back to the workforce.


PROGRAM GOALS

  • Program awareness
  • Enroll 5 people from homeless shelters in NJ annually
  • Partner with organizations that donate office attire
  • 100% completion of training from all participants
  • Mock interview with industry professionals
  • 50% of work placements
  • Increase enrollment into program year over year
  • Increase partnerships with HR and talent acquisition professionals
  • Solidify sponsorships

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

EVALUATION
Each participant in the program will require a consultation, where goals and objectives for each individual will be recorded.

RESUME CONSULTATION
We will review and/or create resumes based on existing experience and education.

SKILL SET TRAINING
Training will encompass communications, basic and technical skills to help participants when applying to entry-level positions

MOCK INTERVIEWS
Designed to empower participants and strengthen public speaking skills
